I am a highly professional individual offering a diverse range of skills who has recognised a need in the market for tailored business solutions

I have over 10 years experience working in administrative roles.  I worked my way from an office junior in an event management company to being solely responsible for all departmental administration within a large company.

Most of my experience was gained through working for The Belfast Telegraph.  I spent over 7 years working as a Customer Relations Management Administrator for their home delivery department.  This was a very busy office environment and was a great example of how important administration is to the everyday running of a company. 

I also gained vast knowledge of customer care systems and data protection laws.  My time management is excellent as in all my roles deadlines were crucial to the efficient running of the company.

 

I have vast Microsoft office experience and have gained RSA stage 2 typing qualifications.  I have a typing speed of 75 + words per minute.

I have recently undertaken additional training through East Belfast Enterprise:

  • Virtual Assistant Training – completed May 09
  • ECDL Training – completed March 09
  • SAGE Accounts Training – completed May 09
